I take a handful of other vitamins...C, BComplex, Biotin, samE, Caltraite, prohibotic, and 81 aspirin. Can I take 5-HTP also? Do any of these react with Zyrtec D? I'm 48 and not overweight. I stopped smoking and I just wanted to add a more positive mood to my day. I also have hot flashes and sweats during the day and night...not on hormone therapy but had a full hysterectomy 10 years ago.
