I Take A Large Quantity Of Medications For Various Ailments.

I take a large quantity of medications for various ailments. My concern is how the side effects of taking all this medicine is affecting me long term. Here is a list of the medicines and what they are taken for.
Zoloft: 100mg 1x daily (Bi-polar)
Depakote: 1,500mg 1x daily (3 500mg tabs) (BI-polar)
Diovan:320mg 1x daily (High blood pressure)
Pravastatin: 80mg 1x daily (High cholesterol)
Mirapex: 2mg 1x daily (RLS)
Glucophage: 1,000mg 2x daily (Diabetes)
Tramadol: 50mg every 6 hours for pain (SLAP tear and Rotator Cuff tear left shoulder)
Alieve: 220mg evey 4 hours as needed (SLAP tear and Rotator Cuff tear left shoulder)
Lantus: 80-100ml daily (Diabetes)
Trulicity: 1.75ml 1x weekly (Diabetes)
