I Take Acetaminophen W Codine For Broken Back Pain Recently

I take acetaminophen w codine for broken back pain recently I have tested positve in a urine test for hydrocodone and oxycodone at different times and positive for the metabolites. I don't take these medications. Why is this happening, what should I do about it and how do I prove it to my doctor.
