I Take Adderall To Study, I Take Maybe 10 Or

I take adderall to study, I take maybe 10 or 20mg when I do take it, which is about once a week if any. Whenever I do a couple hours in my face and parts of body get a sunburn like look but after a couple hours it fades everytime, should i be worried?
