I Take Amitriptyline, One 50mg Tab At Night, Also Pramipexole,

I take amitriptyline, one 50mg tab at night, also pramipexole, one 1.5mg tab at night. I am also on Myotrophin PMG 3x daily(temporarily). I also take one EFA cap daily. Also I will be taking 630mg Calcium Citrate w/500IUof D3. Would there be any reaction of any of these with either Xalatan or Zioptan? I am using Latanaprost at present but am considering switching to one of the other two depending on cost factor.
