I Take Amlopdipine 5 Mg In The Am And 5

I take amlopdipine 5 mg in the am and 5 mg in the pm. I also take 25 mg of spironolactonein the am and 25 mg of Losartan in the pm. My BP is for the most part at 134/65. Are there any better combinations or times for taking the medication in order to get better results?

I am unable to pay $15 for the service.
