I Take Aspirin As A Precaution Since I Had A

I take aspirin as a precaution since I had a mild stroke like event in 2009. Should I be taking Usana antioxidents because it says on the label that I shouldn't take them if I'm on warfaren.? I realise that warfarin isn't aspirin, but maybe there is also a negative affect with aspirin too. I would be glad of your advice.
