I Take Avalide For My Blood Pressure (generic Brand).I Had

I take avalide for my blood pressure (generic brand).I had a very frightening experience about 3 weeks ago.I was sitting watching tv and I felt hot and sweaty and felt like I was going to faint.It was much worse than the feeling before fainting,Doctor I honestly thought I was going to die,it felt like my life was draining out of me my husband called 911 and I was taken to hospital and with all the the tests all they could determine my blood pressure dropped very suddenly.The blood tests they did showed my creatinine was up to 136 and my Dr.says normal levels should be around 96. Could my medication be the problem.
