I Take Duloxetine, 20 Mg Daily. I've Recently Been Prescribed

I take duloxetine, 20 mg daily. I've recently been prescribed 500 mg naproxen, 2x daily for pain associated with cervical degenerative disc disease. Although not prescribed for it, the duloxetine helped with my warm flashes- they almost disappeared . But since taking the naproxen, they've returned. Could the naproxen negate the duloxetine's effects?
