I Take Effexor Xr And Lamictal Daily For PTSD/bipolar One

I take effexor xr and lamictal daily for PTSD/bipolar one disorder. Have been taking two 0.5mg klonopin q hs for over a year to sleep. Was working well until lately. Is Valium more effective for sleep? Ambien did not work and can't take antipsychotic meds due to side effects. Have an appointment with my psychiatrist tomorrow and am looking for suggestions.
