I Take Extra Strength Tylenol For Pain But It Doesn't

I take extra strength Tylenol for pain but it doesn't eliminate the pain. I have several injuries, including dislocated collar bone, turn rotator cuff, stenosis, foot pain, etc.. Also have Atrial Fib and Atrial flutter. Take various medicine for the irregular heartbeat. Do not want medicine which may conflict with my present medicines or cause addiction. What might you suggest?
