I Take Furosemide 3times A Day And Have Started Lodalis

I take furosemide 3times a day and have started lodalis 625 and tamsulosin.4mg . I have been on these drugs for a few months now but my feet at the end of the day are swollen and I cannot feel them..properly..they are numb from the ankles to my toes.. by the morning they are better but as the day progressesses they do the same thing... there is something wrong and I can't find an answer. I am worried that I am having drug problems.thanks tom c Victoria bc canada
