I Take Hydrochlorothiazide 12.5-just Checking Side Effects And I Have

I take hydrochlorothiazide 12.5-just checking side effects and I have 3 of them-black tarry stools, joint pain in my left knee and red spots on my skin-arms around the hands and wrist. I've been taking this for quite awhile-it says here to let your doctor know right away if you have these side effects.
