I Take Lamictal For Seizures, Recently Diagnosed. I Also Am

I take lamictal for seizures, recently diagnosed. I also am on Rutuxan for RA. When I get the RUTUXAN I am given prednisone IV. The two nights after my infusion i cant sleep. Prior to the seizure I would take 5 mg of Ambien.
Do you think it is safe for me to continue the Ambien?
