I Take Lipposine Just Once A Day. I Have Taken

I take lipposine just once a day. I have taken two pills before dinner for one month now. Twice I have had diarrhea and had swollen tongue n lips. Numbness in hands and a wave of sweat come up friend on my chest to head. I take thyroid meds and blood pressure meds. Could I be having a reaction that builds up in my system?
