I Take Medication For High Blood Pressure. In The Past

I take medication for high blood pressure. In the past few days my readings are higher than usual... around 145/95. I've had a headache the past two days and today I have neck pain on the right side about midway between my ear and spine and downward across and to the tip of my shoulder. I also have a burning sensation across both shoulders. Could this be heart related? I also have high cholesterol.
