I Take Medicine And I Have Fibro, Psoriarthritis,IBS 3 Bulging

I take medicine and I have Fibro, Psoriarthritis,IBS 3 Bulging Discs in my back that one in on my spinal cord so I get spinal injections.My doctors ran a blood test 3 weeks ago and took me off Celebrex because the test should be 60 for my kidneys and it was 57 so on the 29th I took another test after not taking Celebrex for arthritis and its the same. I have 10 specilists and wondering if its something else I'm taking? I am reviewing my other medications now.Levothroxin75MCG, Tramadol 50MG 1am 1pm, Topiramate 25Mg 1am 1pm, Tizanidine 2MG 1am 1pm can take every 8 hrs,Duloxetine one 30MG am one 30MG pm.
