I take meds for hypertension and have dry mouth, also, every morning when I wake up I have a hard time clearing my sinus(stuffy nose) the only thing that helps is using a saline solution and then I use the Neil Med sinus rinse daily, but I still have very bad breath. What can I use to clear up my bad breath. I would like to be very confident when I talk to people without worrying that my breath is foul. Thank you very much
