I Take Meloxicam 7.5Mg Tablets Mixed Lastest Bottle Found Smaller

I take meloxicam 7.5Mg Tablets mixed lastest bottle found smaller pills almost same color of yellow but with different markings. One side no markings ,other side had cz on top with the number 25 below the cz. Don’t know what this pill is and afraid to take it in case it is not Meloxicam 7.5 Tablet.
