I Take Metoprolol Tartrate 50mg Twice A Day. I Cannot

I take metoprolol tartrate 50mg twice a day. I cannot walk from the house to the car without stopping to take a breath. I freel like some one stuffed me with a basketball. I was feeling so good before taking the increase dose. I am useless as a human being to myself and my family. how do I get of these?
