I Take My Pain Meds Exactly As Directed But My

I take my pain meds exactly as directed but my doctor says it didn't show up in my drug test. I'm distraught. I feel like they think I'm selling my pills! I'm afraid this will happen again and I'll get kicked out of the program. Why would this happen? I'm so stressed out over this!
