I Take Naproxen For Arthritis But I've Noticed That Occasionally

I take naproxen for arthritis but I've noticed that occasionally I have a sort of heavy feeling in my chest that radiates into my upper back between my shoulder blades causing a kind of tingling sensation .it makes me feel a bit strange while it is happening.only lasts for a minute or two.if I stop taking my naproxen it doesn't happen.could it be linked to the naproxen?
