I Take Narcotic Pain Meds And Am Constipated All The

I take narcotic pain meds and am constipated all the time. The only thing that moves my bowels is extra strength exlax. I had a bowel movement this morning and it was large and very hard And painful. I was left with a raw feeling in my intestinal track. Very raw feeling to the point I can't stand or walk. Help?
