I take one 60 mg capsule of Cymbalta in the morning with one 0.5 mg of lorazepam at the same time. I go to work, and approximately 45 minutes after taking the two meds I drink a 12 oz cup of coffee. approximately 30 minutes after finishing one cup of coffee I start to get really sleepy. why is this happening?
