I Take One Methylphenidate ER 54 Mg Tablet Each Morning
I take one Methylphenidate ER 54 mg tablet each morning for my A.D.H.D.
Some nights are harder to fall asleep and stay alseep than others.
Sometimes when I cant fall asleep, i take one Wal-som 50 mg soft gel tablet to help me fall asleep. Often though, this doesn't help me much in regards to falling and staying asleep.
Is it okay if I take two 50 mg soft gel tablets instead of just one?
