I take opiates for RA and fibromyalgia. I have a new pain that is worrying me. My family doctor is not available for emergencies and I am wondering if I am safe to let this go until next week. I have been constipated. I have a sharp pain that is positional in my Right Lower Quadrant. It is not painful when I am still, but feels like a knot and worse when I am moving at times. I definitely cannot sleep on my right side as it is too painful.
