I Take Oxycodone 15mg For Back Pain... I Cut The

I take oxycodone 15mg for back pain... I cut the tablets in half because they are strong... while laying down I took half of the pill... around 20 25 minutes went by and I could feel a strange feeling in my nose... long story short I coughed a couple times and out came a glob of green mushy medication... not sure how it happened or why but I'm fairly certain this was the pill I had taken... as I am still in pain I am just wondering can I retake the medication or should I wait until it is time for my next dose
