I Take Phenobarbital For Seizures That Were Just Brief Blackouts.

I take phenobarbital for seizures that were just brief blackouts. About a year ago my blood pressure went up high and I staggered so I reduced the dose which was later approved by my doctor. My blood pressure went right back down to normal. Now my blood pressure is high again and I feel light headed. Could it be the phenobarbital again?
