I Take Sodium Alendronate 35 Mg Once A Week. By

I take sodium alendronate 35 mg once a week. By mistake, I took it today, instead of tomorrow, 24 hours early.Is this OK? I have experienced diarrhea since first thing this m orning until around 2:00 and have been burping all day.
Is this related or just coincidental, hoping I'm nor getting the stomach bug.
