I Take Sprintec Birth Control, Missed A Couple In The

I take sprintec birth control, missed a couple in the pack then started break through bleeding, so I didn't take the last three blue ones (even though I should of) and I never take the sugar pills, I didn't get my actual period and I don't know what to do..
