I Take Suboxone And To Prepare For My Upcoming Dental

I take suboxone and to prepare for my upcoming dental surgery, my doctor gave me a 25mg fentayl patch and instructed me to Lower the suboxone to 1/4 of a 4gm film. I had the dental surgery this morning and now, 10hrs later, I am in intense pain. Should I use another patch of 25 mg?
