I Take Thyronorm 62.5, Stator 10, Nexito 5. I Had

I take thyronorm 62.5, stator 10, nexito 5. I had gastric problem. If I take any fried items, fatty, citrous and out side food my stomach gets fluppy. A little sleep after lunch may 1 hr, it creates loose motion at evening and abnormalily in my stomach. I have to take regular Isagul husk.I drink pure water, timely light food basically boiled and low oil fat food.
