I Take Thyroxine Tablets But Due To Other Hormonal Level

I take thyroxine tablets but due to other hormonal level changes in my body recently I am concerned that the symptoms i now have mean i am taking too much thyroxine.
symptoms are pain on my left hand side mainly hip and leg but also face and wrist arm and shoulder.
i also have chest pain and tightening on the left and a cough that brings up a small amount of mucus on the left hand side.
it is also uncomfortable to lie on my left hand side that wakes me up at night.
i also have a small goitre on the right hand side.
