I Take Topamax For Migraines And Seizures Along With A

I take topamax for migraines and seizures along with a host of other medications for fibromyalgia. Topamax is the most recent medication I have started. Within the last week and a half I have been experience the most excruciating pain in my upper arms, with weakness as well. I have not done any heavy lifting or been injured in anyway. I have been doing my normal activities. Im exhausted as the pain is the worst at night and is keeping my from sleeping. What could this be?
