I Take Tramadol For Neuropathy 10ys. Last Month Or 6wks

I take tramadol for neuropathy 10ys. Last month or 6wks cannot have a complete boewl movement. stools are soft and very thin or small. Previously I was always constipated with hard stools but this is different. Taking Miralax bot not helping as stools are soft but very few. Some days I may have 5 very small movements. Stomach very bloated. thank you
