I Take Xaltolto Because Of Blood Clots In Lungs That

I take xaltolto because of blood clots in lungs that are gone now in 2014 but found factor 5 . I've pulled muscle in back I have some old norco & flexetil from previous surgery is it ok to take this till I can go to dr I'm on vacation. I usually just take Xanax to sleep at night I'll just leave that off and take muscle relaxer . Does that sound ok with blood thinner ?
