I Taken Carbamazepine For 30years And I Dot Fine With

I taken carbamazepine for 30years and I dot fine with it,now the want me also take Divalproex 250 mgx2 my carbamazepine I take 6x200mg a day ,don't know if I wane take it it has a lot of side affects,I take this medicine for seizure,in the last 6 months my carbamazepine don't help me I have seizures and fall a lot,already broke my wrist.
