I Taking Tablet Telma Am, Prolomet Xl 12.5 , Clonotril

I taking tablet Telma Am, prolomet xl 12.5 , clonotril 0.25. My period skipped by 2 weeks. Still not having periods. Today Pregnancy test once done by using prega news kit. Tested negative. Please tell me what could be the possible reason for period skip? Whether pregnancy test to be done again?
