I Teach Aqua Zumba And One Of My Participants Came

I teach Aqua Zumba and one of my participants came up to me afterwards and said she always get severe migraines after class and said she is very sensitive to smells and attributes it to a perfume worm by another participant. It's an indoor pool. I always instruct my participants to drink water during class as I know it's important when working out. Is it possible she could be getting migraines from the chlorine?
