I Tested Negative For HIV Antibody Test And Negative For

I tested negative for HIV antibody test and negative for HCV antibody test at 6 months after exposure. However I have been extremely ill and have symptoms of both diseases. I had unprotected sex with a girl that used to shoot up heroine. My question is if I contracted both diseases at the same time, would that cause me to not produce enough antibodies for the tests to detect and I can really be positive for both diseases?? Please help!! This has been driving me insane and I have been so sick.
