I Tested Positive For Chlamydia A Couple Weeks Ago, Took

I tested positive for Chlamydia a couple weeks ago, took the one time dose of antibiotics as well as a treatment for yeast infection. Both my partner and I were treated at the same time. Yesterday I went to the gyno for a culture and after I experienced a lot of pain and discomfort carrying into today. Also noticed a slight odor as well. What could be the cause? PID? Reinfection of Chlamydia?
