I Tested Positive For Lupus And Was Treated Or That

I tested positive for Lupus and was treated or that for 1 year. Took plaquenil - lost all of sense of taste and 25 pounds. Finally went to different Rheumatologist - and even though her test came back positive - she said I don't have Lupus. 3 test say I do - but she said due to my age 78 yrs. old that I don't. Very confusing.
