I Tested Positive For Cytomegalovirus And EBV About 4 Weeks

I tested positive for cytomegalovirus and EBV about 4 weeks ago. My liver enzymes were elevated in the hospital at 230 and 140 (ALT & AST) and biliruben at 3.6. Had repeat blood work a week later and levels were even higher 340 and 220 (ALT & AST) is it normal for the levels to increase before they come back down? And how long does it take for them to come back down before it starts becoming concerning? I have no symptoms anymore except fatigue and my doctor said my liver doesn't feel enlarged anymore. Also my urine is now clear (was dark dark brown in hospital). I'm concerned my liver is being damaged with such high enzymes. I also had a titer of 1:20 for the anti smooth muscle antibody test, is that considered negative? Could it come back high due to the mono? The PA that saw me said its high but "nothing to be concerned about" yet she felt the need to call me and tell me the test was positive which could indicate autoimmune hepatitis.
