I Think I Am Having An Allergic Reaction Due To

I think I am having an allergic reaction due to flea bites. I got a flea bite on my leg a couple of months ago. The itch continued and now I have itchy bumps in both my arms, back and legs. Another weird thing that happened was that my baby scratched me on my arm while playing with me, and now, that scratch have little raised bumps on them that are also so itchy.
I keep taking benadryl, and using hydrocortisone cream but nothing is working to help me get rid of the itch or the bumps. What's happening to me?
