I Think I Am Having Frequent Heartburn. It Is A

I think I am having frequent heartburn. It is a slightly burning sensation at the breastbone and slightly to the right of the breastbone and seems to also be present some way up my throat. I am burping very frequently, made worse after eating. Yesterday I experienced this al afternoon and evening, and it got better after taking three TUMS in the evening after dinner. This morning when I woke up I was fine. Now after a light lunch its back with lots of burping. Sometimes there is also a localized pain in my back under my right shoulderblade near the backbone. I should say that this could be related to painting doors, which I have been doing the last few days and the doors are on a sawhorse and I bend over a bit and this hurts my back generally and stresses my right shoulder. Should also say, not radiating pain, no neck pain, no nausea, shortness of breathe or imbalance. Just this burning sensation. and burping. I am 66 and BP and heart rate is normal.
