I Think I Feel Tired My Stomach Is Burning Sensation..

I think I feel tired my stomach is burning sensation.. Nausea..and hip back pain.. In digestion problm ..motion is free.. Vagina itching lightly.. And some times tha thighs are pain.. Yesterday I went to doctor for check up but she says its only in digestive problem.. But my period is coming 5 days.. I fear about pregnancy.. Pls clear my confusion but I take one pregnancy test befor peiods it negative result
