I Think I Had A Heart Attack 24 Hours Ago,

I think I had a heart attack 24 hours ago, I a female, 55, I was smoking weed for about 2 hours fell asleep for one in the chair and then fell forward in unconscious state and vomited profusely. I didnt respond to my roommates attempt to wake by shaking me at the shoulders. I had difficulty breathing and was very cold and clammy to the touch. I don't remember the event and didn't come around for almost ten minutes mentally. I wasn't under the influence of alcohol and have never vomited from smoking weed. I do take medication for cholesterol due to high lipids even though I'm 130 1lbs. Should I see a doctor and can they tell anything after first 12 hours
