I Think I Had An Attack- My Second In Several

I think I had an attack- my second in several years - I haven't had anything to eat or drink since the attack this morning and I feel swelling - some discomfort, and almost vomiting twice - right now I'm not sure what to do - I usually use Tylenol but I see I should not, nor have anything to eat or drink. Where do I go from this?
