I Think I Have A Cold But It's Been The

I think I have a cold but it's been the third time this year with the same symptoms. I have an upset stomach, wheezing when I breath, especially when I lie down on my left side, it's really loud too. I have a low grade fever, but will seem really high at times and my eyes feel like they are burning up. I have a cough but that's not that bad and I usually cough just to get rid of the stuff in my lungs. Super achy...... I had a flu shot about 6 months ago, Not sure if this is relevant. I think it's unusual that I've had this so many times. I don't smoke and I'm pretty healthy but under a lot of stress. I worry because I'm 57 and I've had 3 friends get a cold, it turns into pneumonia and they were just gone in days so I thought I should get some advice. Thank you
