I Think I Have A Combination Of Cubital And Carpal

I think I have a combination of cubital and carpal tunnel syndrome. I awoke this morning (3:30 am) with a burning/numbing sensation of the thumb, index and middle fingers of my left hand. Felt like the tips of my index and middle finger were very hard like ready to burst with pressure.. I have been frequently stretching my forearm muscles, to no avail. 2 hours later and there is still a lingering sensation. Left elbow is sore. I have scheduled an apt with my regular physician, but its not until this next Thursday.. what can I do?
